I'm 28.

Life

Yesterday was my birthday! I'm 28. I'm at that age where birthdays either aren't a big deal or even something to resent. I kinda forgot about it until I opened Umamusume and Smart Falcon sang me happy birthday. I know 28 is still young, but honestly still being an undergrad in college while pushing pushing thirty does make me feel humiliated. I know, I know, everyone moves at their own pace. But in addition to this societal pressure about getting certain things done at a certain age, I also just don't like school. I know some people want to stay in school forever, but not me, and it annoys me when people feel I should feel that way. "You'll miss school when you get a real job :)" I won't! I know I won't! I dropped out of high school and worked for several years before going to college, I was not as depressed then as I am now. And they paid me!

Okay rant over. It was nice overall! I just stayed home and did homework mostly and had pizza and cake with my family. My brother gave me some Animal Crossing pins and a Loid Forger figure. My mom gave me some cash an I will use that to buy more edibles. And snacks, I got a lot of snacks.

I also put out a list of some visual novels that were on sale for like $10 and was like um....🥺 if anyone wants to buy me one.... and through the power of internet friendship we collected them all. Thank you friends :) My vn stocks are replenished.

School

I ranted about this earlier but there's nothing specifically bad going on I just don't like school in general. I'm having fun with my calculator at least. I got games on my calculator. I haven't really played the games I just installed them for the love of installing things on devices.

Rare moment of me not having much to say here??? Uhhh... Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Time Stranger demo out! It was epic! I won't be buying it on release though because that's too much money. Other video game publishers selling games at $80 is already an affront to my sensibilities but Bamco? Bamco? Good ol' Scamco? Absolutely not. Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy it full price out of principle. And in other Digimon news I'm rewatching Digimon Adventure for the first time since childhood! Only two episodes in so far but...Digimon :)
